We take a hybrid approach combining best practices with user input from around the hospital to understand pressure points. Then we implement a custom solution to meet each hospital’s specific workflow needs (vs. other software vendors who require hospitals to modify their workflow to meet the requirements of new technology), from automatic data submission to NHSN, customization to track reportable factors at the state level, creation of custom forms for tracking, etc.
